Liverpool is poly spandex blend that is textured on the right side of the fabric and smooth on the wrong side. It's typically 2-way stretch. Great stretch and good thick drape, as well as good recovery. What you can make: Pencil skirts, peplum tops, full circle skirts, blazers.
