Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we are an online store only. We are not open to the public as a store. However, local pick-up can be arranged. Please, contact CS@SLPFabrics.com to make the proper arrangements

Do offer swatches?

We offer small samples (4"X2") for FREE. Our company understands the need for our customers to receive the correct blends, colors, textures and variables that involved getting the right type of fabric.  

How Do I request FREE Sample(s)?

It is simple. Just navigate through our vast selection of fabric. Find the fabric(s) you like to receive. Once you find your fabric Send a full list to our customer services team at: CS@SLPFabrics.com

Make sure you add the 'Sample request' on the subject line of your email for easy identification.  Our team will contact you ASAP.

I need more quantity than your website has in stock. Do you accept special orders?

Do you offer wholesale prices, if so, how do I go about ordering?

What is the minimum yardage I can have cut to order?

Minimum cut length is 1 yard. We have some scrub boxes for sale, please contact us: CS@SLPFabrics.com

How do I get the discount?

First of all, and most importantly. We offer automatic discounts. NO CODES ARE REQUIRE. The discount will be reflected at check out. We also have a slide on the main page in which we specify the current DISCOUNT CHART.

What are your payment methods?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and PayPal.

 

Shipping & Returns

How is my shipping calculated?

The shipping price is calculated based on the Total weight of the package and the destination Zip code. It is directly determined by the third party (carrier such as USPS, UPS, etc). It is not affected by our system.

When can I expect my order?

Standard shipping guarantees you receive your order within 7 business days, whereas expedited shipping guarantees you receive within 3 or 4 business days. The shipping rates for each of these options are clearly defined before finalizing your order during checkout.

Please, understand that we are under very extraordinary circumstances. Therefore, delays can be experience more often.
