Do you have a physical store?

Unfortunately, we are an online store only. We are not open to the public as a store. However, local pick-up can be arrange. Please, contact cs@slpfabrics.com to make the proper arrangements

Do you sell fabric swatches?

We do sell samples our fabrics. Look for the "Order Swatch" link associated with each fabric. Because many of the fabrics we stock are not re-orderable, it is possible that a fabric could sell out by the time you receive your swatch.

I need more quantity than your website has in stock. Do you accept special orders?

What is the minimum yardage I can have cut to order?

Minimum cut length is 1 yard. We have some scrub boxes for sale, please contact us: cs@slpfabrics.com

How do I apply my coupon?

At checkout under “Balance Due,” there is a field called “Coupon Code.” Enter your code and click apply for this discount to be credited to your order.

Only one coupon can be applied per order and can't be combined with other discounts.

Shipping & Returns

When can I expect my order?

Standard shipping guarantees you receive your order within 7 business days, whereas expedited shipping guarantees you receive within 3 or 4 business days. The shipping rates for each of these options are clearly defined before finalizing your order during checkout.

Please, understand that we are under very extraordinary circumstances. Therefore, delays can be experience more often.

How can I request a return?

Purchases shipped to the United States carry a 30-day money back guarantee on all items except clearance, swatches and special orders. Contact us via email: cs@slpfabrics.com  to receive a return authorization number.
