Returns
You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. To initiate a return, proof of damage or wrongdoing will be required by our team. You may include photos or files as attachments. We do not cover errors made by customers or damage caused by a third party. Some cases will only grant a trade or exchange. Refunds
Our team will only refund damage or defective pieces. You have to send proof or the damage or wrongdoing by OUR TEAM ONLY. Damages made a by a third party WILL NOT BE COVER BY US. All claims MUST BE made 15 days after the item(s) were received.
