What is a Liverpool Fabric?

Liverpool is a poly spandex blend that is textured on the right side of the fabric and smooth on the wrong side. Great stretch and good thick drape, as well as good recovery. Most commonly used for Pencil skirts, peplum tops, full circle skirts, blazers.
